又是一個Google推出的強悍工具。

Google Docs and Spreadsheets讓你可以線上編輯word、excel檔，編輯結果可以另存pdf檔等格式。然而，雖然早已有ThinkFree等web-based editor/viewer，但Google還是有一套，可以讓使用者不斷地stick在他們的服務上，並且為Google創造新的價值。
更有甚者，Google在自己的Google Apps也將Google Docs and Spreadsheets這個服務整合進去，讓企業可以在Google上完成他們想要的service，例如domain management, emails, web pages, document collaboration等。
